Almonds are my favourite nut.Mostly everyone like this almonds and eating in the morning.Add 7 to 10 almonds to your snack better to your health.

  • Face scrub: Crush almonds then soaked it for a few hours and make it as a paste. Add milk to it and use it on your face as a natural scrub to remove the dirt, dead cells and other impurities on your face. 
  • Almond milk as astringent: Use the almond milk on your face to reduce the excess oil production on your skin.
  • Almond oil mask for face: Mix honey, almond oil and lemon juice then use it as a moisturizing facial mask.Put it to your face every week to reduce the flaky skin.
  • Hair conditioner: Mix almond oil with olive oil then massage on your hair,scalp. This would be deep condition to your hair and make your hair healthy.
